Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items or personalized products may not be eligible for returns. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product was defective.
